Montessori Teacher – Special Needs Child Development Center
We are looking for a caring and experienced Montessori Teacher to work with children with special needs. The candidate should be patient, compassionate, and able to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach children using Montessori-based activities and techniques.
- Plan age- and ability-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children in developing academic, social, communication, and daily living skills.
- Understand and respond to individual learning and developmental needs.
- Monitor and maintain records of each child's progress.
- Use positive reinforcement and child-friendly teaching methods.
- Work closely with parents and therapists to support the child's overall development.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.
- Experience working with special needs children will be preferred.
- Montessori training/certification is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, creativity, and good communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle and engage children with different developmental needs.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)
Experience: 6 months – 1 year preferred
