Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Develop students' understanding of mathematical concepts through interactive and activity-based learning.
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and classroom observations.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.
Use teaching aids, technology, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
Identify students requiring additional support and provide appropriate interventions.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
Ensure classroom discipline and maintain school policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of primary mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies.
