Hiring: Mathematics Assistant Teacher

Manoj Sir & Manish Sir’s Mathematics Private Tuitions (MMMPT) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Assistant Teacher for Class XI-XII Boards and MHT-CET preparation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare question papers, assignments, and practice sheets.
Check answer sheets and maintain students’ report cards.
Take remedial and revision lectures.
Provide individual attention to weak students and help improve their performance.
Plan lectures and study schedules for academically weaker students.
Motivate students and guide them towards consistent improvement.
Handle classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.
Monitor students’ progress and ensure regular follow-up.
Assist in the smooth academic functioning of the institute.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong command over Mathematics for Class XI-XII and MHT-CET.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to connect with students and inspire them to perform better.
Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualification:

B.Sc./M.Sc. (Mathematics), B.E./B.Tech., or graduates with strong mathematical aptitude.
