Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:
Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and problem-solving sessions in mathematics.
Develop and maintain course materials, syllabi, and instructional content.
Prepare, administer, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
Supervise and guide student projects, dissertations, and seminars.
Student Support:
Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
Maintain office hours and respond to student queries in a timely manner.
Monitor and support student progress and performance.
Curriculum Development:
Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of mathematics curricula.
Integrate modern teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Research and Scholarly Activities (if applicable):
Conduct research in pure or applied mathematics or interdisciplinary areas.
Publish research findings in academic journals and participate in conferences.
Collaborate on research projects and seek external funding where applicable.
Departmental and Institutional Service:
Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional events.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and outreach programs.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field (Ph.D. preferred or required depending on institution and level).
Prior teaching experience at the university or college level is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with modern instructional technologies and learning platforms is an asset.
