Job Description

We are looking for a Library Assistant with a strong academic background to join our team at K.R. Mangalam World School. This role offers career growth opportunities along with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the library, including supervising library staff and managing the library collections.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the library that align with the school mission and goals.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Library Science / Librarianship (B.Lib / B.Lib.Sc).
Experience: 1 to 6+ years of relevant experience in a school or academic library.
Skills: Knowledge of library software, cataloging, and digital resources.
