Job Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for kindergarten students.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, and rhymes.
Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Encourage children's creativity, communication, social skills, and overall development.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Monitor children's academic progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress.
Manage classroom discipline with patience and care.
Organise storytelling, drawing, music, dance, and play-based learning activities.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management skills.
Patience and a caring attitude towards children.
Creativity and the ability to conduct activity-based learning.
Knowledge of early childhood development.

Candidate Requirements
Relevant qualification in ECCE, NTT, D.El.Ed, or B.Ed.
Passion for teaching and working with young children.
Good verbal communication and classroom-handling abilities.
