Instructor - Global Citizenship & Systems Thinking

Job Overview

We are looking for a facilitator to lead a high-intensity program for senior school students focused on understanding how the world actually works across systems, power, culture, and decision-making.

The program is discussion-led, case-driven, and requires the ability to engage students with real-world complexity, not simplified textbook explanations.

If you’ve ever felt traditional education doesn’t reflect how the real world works, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver structured sessions for school students in partner schools

• Lead discussions on global systems, current events, and decision-making frameworks

• Translate complex global issues into sharp, engaging classroom conversations

• Challenge students to think critically, take positions, and defend their perspectives

• Adapt sessions based on student responses and classroom dynamics
  

Who This Is For

• Individuals who enjoy thinking, debating, and breaking down real-world systems

• Comfortable engaging with topics like global power, economics, culture, and societal structures

• Can hold attention in a room without relying on slides or scripts

Ideal Backgrounds

• Liberal Arts / Economics / Political Science / International Relations

• Experience in debate, Model UN, fellowships, or youth engagement programs

• Prior experience working with students (teaching, workshops, facilitation, etc.)

• 1–5 years experience preferred

Engagement Details
