We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Home Tutor for students up to Grade 10. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging lesson plans, understand individual learning needs, and help students achieve academic improvement in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tutoring sessions across various subjects.

• Prepare lesson plans according to the student’s learning level and academic goals.

• Track, evaluate, and regularly report students’ academic progress.

• Encourage and motivate students through positive feedback and guidance.

• Teach effective study techniques, time management, and exam preparation strategies.

• Create an interactive, engaging, and student-friendly learning atmosphere.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and disciplined learning environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in teaching or tutoring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.

• Leadership qualities and a student-focused approach are highly preferred.

• Experience in test preparation, academic mentoring, or special education will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Good subject knowledge up to Grade 10 level.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.

• Passion for teaching and helping students grow academically and personally.

• It is a Part Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
