Position: Home Tutor (3-Year-Old Child)
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 3 Hours per Day (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, patient, creative, and enthusiastic Home Tutor for our 3-year-old child. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
The tutor should focus on developing the child's communication, cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills through play-based learning, ensuring that every session is enjoyable, interactive, and age-appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging 3-hour learning sessions every day.
Teach:
English Alphabet (A–Z)
Phonics
Numbers (1–100)
Colors
Shapes
Basic Vocabulary
Opposites
Fruits, Vegetables, Animals, Birds, Body Parts, etc.
Improve the child's:
Speaking skills
Listening skills
Vocabulary
Pronunciation
Social interaction
Confidence
Introduce pre-writing and pencil grip activities.
Conduct storytelling sessions to develop imagination and language skills.
Teach rhymes, songs, and action rhymes.
Encourage reading habits using picture books.
Organize educational games and interactive learning activities.
Conduct drawing, coloring, painting, arts & crafts activities.
Develop fine motor and hand-eye coordination skills through puzzles, blocks, tracing, clay, and sensory activities.
Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving.
Teach good manners, discipline, sharing, and positive behaviour.
Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly learning environment.
Share regular progress updates with parents.
Plan age-appropriate weekly learning activities.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Montessori, ECCEd, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or Early Childhood Education certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching children aged 2–5 years.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching young children may also apply.
