Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and experienced tutors who can teach students at their homes (or online, if preferred) in Bhopal.
You will be responsible for helping students improve their academic performance, complete assignments, and prepare for school tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group classes for assigned subjects and grades.

• Maintain subject-wise lesson plans and give regular homework and practice sheets.

• Conduct weekly tests and share progress updates with Eklavya management.

• Follow the curriculum and school syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, DPS, etc.).

• Be punctual, well-mannered, and maintain professional communication with parents.

• Maintain confidentiality and strictly follow company policies regarding student communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Good subject knowledge and communication skills.

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
