Key Responsibilities – CBSE Hindi Teacher

1. Curriculum Delivery – Teach Hindi language and literature as per CBSE guidelines for assigned classes.

2. Lesson Planning – Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and interactive activities.

3. Student Assessment – Design and evaluate class tests, assignments, and examinations.

4. Language Skills Development – Enhance students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and speaking abilities.

5. Board Exam Preparation – Guide students for CBSE board examinations with focused practice and doubt-solving.

6. Classroom Management – Maintain discipline and create an inclusive, motivating learning environment.

7. Parent Communication – Provide regular feedback on student progress through PTMs and reports.

8. Co-curricular Activities – Encourage participation in debates, poetry recitation, essay competitions, and cultural programs.

9. Technology Integration – Use smart boards, digital tools, and e-resources for effective teaching.

10. Continuous Learning – Attend training sessions, workshops, and stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Leadership skills and knowledge of test preparation or special education are very important.
