The Campus Admin is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, staff, and external stakeholders. The role ensures smooth front-office operations, effective communication, admissions coordination, record management, and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and visitor interactions professionally
Address parent queries and concerns related to admissions, transport, supplies, fees, attendance, and operations with end-to-end closure
Handle staff queries and/or support staff in relation to administrative matters.
Handle official school communication and government-related correspondence as directed
Maintain accurate records, registers, files, and dashboards
Support after-school activities, including fee collection and attendance tracking
Ensure confidentiality of student, staff, and school data
Support campus operations, asset oversight, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Basic proficiency in emails, spreadsheets, and administrative systems
