Fitness Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Client Fitness Support

  • Explain machines, packages, and services included in client plans during sessions.

  • Fill client diaries with diet updates, measurements, and progress notes daily.

  • Answer client queries on fitness, health, or weight loss promptly.

• Goal Tracking

  • Monitor client progress through weekly check-ins and adjust plans as needed.

  • Encourage clients to stay on track with diet and exercise goals.

  • Celebrate client milestones (e.g., weight loss targets) to boost motivation.

• Sales Support

  • Identify client needs and suggest additional packages or renewals.

  • Collaborate with the Counsellor to pitch tailored packages during sessions.

  • Track client satisfaction and report feedback to improve services.

• Service Delivery

  • Ensure all package services (e.g., toning tables, yoga) are offered consistently.

  • Maintain a clean and safe session area, reporting issues to the Counsellor.

  • Conduct sessions on time and as per SOPs to ensure client satisfaction.
