Job Title: Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and lead safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to clients’ needs, while motivating and guiding them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ health, fitness levels, and goals.
Design customized workout plans for individuals and groups, considering fitness levels and objectives.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and prevent injuries.
Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs as needed.
Lead group fitness classes, personal training sessions, or specialized programs.
Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and recovery techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment.
Stay updated with current fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term commitment to fitness.
Requirements:
Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
Proven experience as a fitness trainer, group instructor, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition basics.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Physical ability to demonstrate exercises and support clients during workouts.
Work Environment
Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Salary:
Based on experience, certifications, and client load (fixed salary, hourly, or commission-based).
