Fitness Trainer

Job Title: Sports Trainer (Cricket / Pickleball / Yoga).

We are seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and passionate Sports Trainer(Cricket Trainer,Pickeball Trainer, Yoga Trainer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports training and fitness, with the ability to inspire individuals and groups to achieve their physical and performance goals. This role requires someone who can create a positive, engaging, and disciplined training environment while promoting overall health and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging training sessions in cricket, pickleball, yoga, and general fitness

• Develop customized training programs tailored to different age groups, fitness levels, and skill sets

• Monitor participant progress and provide regular, constructive feedback for improvement

• Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a safe and structured manner, following proper techniques and guidelines

• Motivate and encourage participants to build confidence, discipline, and a strong sports mindset

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment

• Assist in organizing sports events, workshops, and fitness activities

• Stay updated with the latest training methods, fitness trends, and sports techniques

Requirements:

• Certification in sports training, fitness, yoga, or a related field

• Proven experience as a coach, trainer, or instructor (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage both group sessions and one-on-one coaching

• Deep passion for sports, fitness, and healthy living

• Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate participants of all age groups
