## Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Deliver Engaging Sessions: Conduct lively, interactive classes focused on conversational English, pronunciation, and fluency.

• Curriculum Customization: Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learner profiles (students, working professionals, homemakers).

• Build Confidence: Organize public speaking activities, group discussions, and role-plays to eliminate stage fright.

• Provide Feedback: Track student progress and offer constructive, motivating feedback to help them improve.

## Key Skills Required (What We’re Looking For)

• Flawless Communication: Exceptional command over spoken and written English with clear diction and neutral accent.

• Training & Facilitation: Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or corporate communication.

• People Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to motivate anxious learners.

• Creativity: Ability to design fun, gamified learning experiences rather than relying on dry grammar lectures.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
