Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented English Faculty to join our competitive exam coaching team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing students for SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, and other government exams, focusing on all areas of English such as grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Language as per SSC exam syllabus (Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Para Jumbles, Error Detection, Sentence Improvement, Synonyms/Antonyms, etc.).

Design lesson plans, practice sheets, and test papers tailored to SSC exam patterns.

Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual attention to weak students.

Track student progress through periodic assessments and feedback.

Prepare students for mock tests, speed, and accuracy improvement.

Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and syllabus changes.

Motivate students and maintain discipline in the classroom.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over English Grammar, Vocabulary, and Comprehension.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy student understanding.

Good classroom management and interactive teaching style.

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing test papers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in English or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in SSC/Bank/Competitive coaching (preferred).
