Job Description – English Trainer

Position: English Trainer

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English language training sessions for school students.

- Visit and conduct training at 3 different schools from Monday to Friday, within a 10 km radius.

- Plan and deliver interactive English lessons according to students’ learning levels.

- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure active student participation.

- Track students’ learning progress and provide regular feedback.

- Coordinate with school management and the internal training team.

- Attend training sessions and office work every Saturday.

- Follow the organization’s training curriculum, guidelines, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and English-speaking skills.

- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

- Ability to engage and teach school students effectively.

- Willingness to travel to nearby schools within a 10 km radius.

- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
