Role & responsibilities
Conduct English language training sessions (spoken & written) for employees at different levels.
Develop and deliver customized training modules on:
Grammar & Vocabulary
Business English & Email Etiquette
Presentation & Public Speaking Skills
Accent Neutralization & Pronunciation
Soft Skills & Communication
Assess employees language proficiency and identify training needs.
Create lesson plans, training material, and interactive activities for engaging learning.
Organize group discussions, role plays, and workshops to improve fluency and confidence.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Provide one-on-one coaching where required.
Collaborate with HR/L&D teams to align training with business communication goals.
Preferred candidate profile
Certification in IELTS / OET /PTE (advantageous).
Experience in voice & accent training.
Knowledge of corporate etiquette and soft skills training
