🍎 Core Responsibility: Curriculum Implementation and AssessmentTo plan, organize, and deliver instruction for Class 10 English Language and Literature (Code No. 184) as per the CBSE curriculum and syllabus guidelines, ensuring comprehensive coverage of prescribed textbooks (such as First Flight and Footprints without Feet) and the full range of skills:Reading: Developing comprehension, inference, and vocabulary skills through various text types.Writing: Training students in formal and creative writing formats, including analytical paragraphs, articles, letters, stories, and long-form answers, adhering to CBSE prescribed word limits and assessment criteria.Grammar: Teaching and assessing the functional application of grammar topics as outlined by the board (e.g., Tenses, Modals, Subject-Verb Concord, Reported Speech).Literature: Facilitating deep analysis and critical appreciation of poems and prose, focusing on themes, literary devices, character analysis, and contextual understanding.📝 Assessment and Board Exam ReadinessDesign and conduct Formative and Summative Assessments (Periodic Tests, Half-Yearly, and Pre-Board Exams) in strict adherence to the CBSE Examination Pattern for Class 10, including the integration of Competency-Based Questions (CBQ).Provide constructive feedback and implement targeted remedial measures to ensure all students are optimally prepared to achieve high scores in the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) conducted by the CBSE.
