About the Role

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers to support students in developing English communication, employability skills, and confidence. The role involves conducting interactive classes, mentoring learners, and contributing to their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and learner-centered classroom sessions.

Teach basic English communication and life skills.

Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress.

Provide individual guidance and motivation to students.

Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Complete required reports and administrative tasks.

Participate in training programs and professional development activities.

Support branch activities and community outreach initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate degree from a recognized university.

Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Basic computer proficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in rural locations.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: ₹14,500 per month.

Salary increase to ₹16,500 per month from the second year.

Room rent allowance up to ₹3,000 per month.

Travelling allowance.

ESI medical benefits for employee and family.

Annual bonus up to ₹22,000.

Training Benefits

Free intensive teacher training fully sponsored by FEA.

Training stipend of ₹250 per training day.
