English Communication Trainer

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging English communication and spoken English classes for students.

• Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading and basic writing skills.

• Conduct regular reading practice, pronunciation drills and vocabulary-building activities.

• Help students improve grammar, sentence formation and fluency.

• Conduct daily conversation practice and role-plays to build confidence.

• Train students in self-introduction, group discussions and public speaking.

• Prepare students for interviews and airline communication assessments.

• Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback on communication and presentation.

• Correct students’ grammar, pronunciation and common communication mistakes.

• Help students overcome hesitation, fear of speaking English and lack of confidence.

• Track students’ progress and provide regular feedback and improvement plans.

• Coordinate with the training team to ensure students meet CrewHub’s communication standards.

• Create practical exercises, worksheets and activities according to students’ levels.

• Maintain a professional, disciplined and positive classroom environment.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
