Position: Electrical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver practical and theoretical training in Electrical Trade as per NSDC/SSC curriculum.

- Conduct classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and assessments.

- Maintain attendance, student records, and training documentation.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and lab facilities.

- Guide trainees in developing industry-relevant technical and employability skills.

- Support batch completion, assessments, placements, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility:

- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Relevant industry and/or training experience preferred.

- Good communication, classroom management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

- Ability to motivate and mentor trainees.
