DG Royals is a Delhi-based training institute, established in 2018, that helps students and professionals build careers in digital marketing and design, interactive, and focused on hands-on learning through live projects. We are looking for a trainer who can turn students into job-ready marketers.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will teach our digital marketing course in offline and online batches. You will explain concepts clearly, guide students through live projects, and keep the curriculum current with the latest tools, including AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on digital marketing.

• Teach SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), SEM/Google Ads, social media marketing, Meta Ads, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.

• Train students on AI tools and marketing automation, such as ChatGPT and other AI content tools, AI-assisted ad creation, workflow automation, chatbots, and CRM/email automation.

• Run live projects, assignments and practical exercises so students gain real campaign experience.

• Give individual attention to each student and clear their doubts patiently.

• Assess student progress through tests, assignments and project reviews, and give constructive feedback.

• Update course content regularly to match industry trends, algorithm changes and new tools.

• Support students with portfolio building, interview preparation and career guidance.

• Maintain batch records, attendance and progress reports.

• Contribute ideas for workshops, webinars and new course modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven hands-on experience running real campaigns in SEO, Google Ads, social media and analytics.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

• Strong patience and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring beginners.

• Working knowledge of AI tools and automation for marketing (content generation, ad optimization, workflow automation, chatbots).

• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest and email marketing platforms.

• Confidence in public speaking and in managing a classroom.

• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, practical language.

Good to Have

• Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member or mentor.

• Google or Meta certifications, or other digital marketing certifications.

• Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce marketing or freelancing.

• Knowledge of web design or graphic design basics.

• Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
