Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Female Digital Marketing & Graphics Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing along with Graphics/Creative Designing and be capable of delivering industry-oriented, practical training to students.

Experienced professionals, including senior/experienced candidates, are highly preferred. Candidates who are currently looking for •Part-Time or Freelance teaching opportunities• are also welcome to apply.

## Key Responsibilities

Conduct practical and interactive classes on Digital Marketing and Graphics•.

• Train students from basic to advanced levels.

• Explain concepts through real-world projects, case studies, and practical assignments.

• Guide students in developing industry-relevant skills.

• Prepare course materials, assignments, and practical exercises.

• Mentor students and help them understand current industry practices and trends.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Keep training content updated according to the latest digital marketing and design trends.

## Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred•.

• Candidates with extensive professional/senior-level experience will be given preference.

• Candidate must be based in or around South Kolkata.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling to the training location in South Kolkata•.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Should have practical industry knowledge rather than only theoretical knowledge.

• Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.

• Part-time and Freelance professionals are welcome to apply.

## Salary

•Salary will be decided based on the candidate's skills, experience, industry expertise, and teaching capability.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
