Job Description: Contractual Female Dance Teacher

Location: Basavanapura Main Road, Devasandra Extension, Krishnarajapuram (KR Puram), Bengaluru
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM

Role Summary

A reputed CBSE School in Krishnarajapuram (KR Puram), Bengaluru is looking for 2 experienced Female Dance Teachers on a contractual basis to train and prepare students for the school's Annual Day celebrations and various dance events.

The ideal candidates should have proven experience in school Annual Day choreography, student dance training, group performances, and stage presentations. Candidates who can effectively train students across different age groups and create engaging, well-coordinated stage performances will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students in various dance forms and performance techniques.

• Choreograph group performances for the school's Annual Day celebrations.

• Prepare students for stage performances and other dance events.

• Plan and conduct regular dance practice sessions during school hours.

• Develop age-appropriate choreography suitable for different student groups.

• Coordinate music, formations, costumes, props, and stage movements as required.

• Ensure students are well-prepared, confident, and synchronized for performances.

• Manage and supervise student rehearsals effectively.

• Coordinate with teachers and school management for smooth execution of performances.

• Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during practice sessions and events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Formal training or qualification in Dance will be preferred.

• Prior experience as a Dance Teacher/Choreographer in a school is required.

• Proven experience in Annual Day choreography and school stage performances.

• Experience in preparing group performances for children of different age groups.

• Female IMMEDIATE JOINING candidates preferred.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
