Job Summary:

Shri Kalyan Punji Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Product Trainer to train sales and calling teams on Credit Card and Loan products. The trainer will be responsible for improving product knowledge, sales skills, and overall team performance through structured training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on credit card and loan products.
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process flow.
Train tele-calling staff on how to present products confidently to customers.
Develop training materials, presentations, and scripts for sales calls.
Monitor call quality and provide feedback for performance improvement.
Conduct refresher training programs and skill development workshops.
Help the sales team understand objection handling and conversion techniques.
Track trainee performance and share reports with management.
Stay updated with bank policies, offers, and financial product changes.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of loan and credit card products
Good communication and presentation skills
Training and mentoring ability
Understanding of tele-calling/sales process
Leadership and motivational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)

Eligibility:

Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience in financial products training or sales (preferred)
Experience in credit card or loan process is an advantage
