Corporate Trainer

Settlemed is deploying its Ayushman Bharat Claim Management technology at Gajraj Hospital, Gohana.

We are looking for a professional who can manage product training, client onboarding, and RPA-based operational workflows at the hospital.

This role requires excellent communication, strong technical understanding, and complete ownership of daily processes.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product Training & Onboarding

Provide on-ground and virtual training to Gajraj Hospital staff on Settlemed tools.

Create and share simple training materials (SOPs, manuals, presentations).

Ensure all staff members can confidently use the software from Day 1.

Coordinate with Settlemed product & support teams for updates and clarifications.

🔹 RPA & Operational Workflow Management

Run daily Add Patient RPA flow as per schedule.

Monitor RPA execution and update status reports.

Add patients manually when required and ensure accurate status updates.

Maintain hourly/daily RPA performance reports.

🔹 Claims & Preauthorization Support

Track pending preauthorization and claim queries and update them on time.

Support hospital teams on the HSA portal workflow.

Resolve issues related to the DM application (especially OTP issues).

🔹 Communication & Coordination

Stay active on WhatsApp groups for real-time coordination.

Address hospital staff queries promptly and escalate issues if needed.

Plan next-day tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic tech tools.

Ability to explain software features in simple, clear language.

Experience in training, operations, or hospital processes (preferred).

Proactive, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.

Strong problem-solving approach with a sense of ownership.

🕒 Shift Details

Night Shift Required

Candidate must be comfortable working in night operations.

💰 Salary

₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience & skill)
