About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer – Solar Industry to design and deliver impactful training programs for professionals and teams. The role requires expertise in solar technology, project execution, and industry standards, ensuring participants are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Design & deliver engaging •training sessions•• on solar technologies and project management.

Develop •customized training content•• aligned with industry standards.

Ensure compliance with •solar industry regulations & best practices••.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.

Collaborate with management to identify •training needs & skill gaps••.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy (preferred).

• 3–4 years’ experience in solar industry training, project execution, or technical roles.

Strong understanding of •solar PV systems, installation, and O&M••.

Excellent •communication, presentation, and facilitation skills••.

Proficiency in •MS Office••; e-learning tools knowledge is a plus.
