Corporate Trainer

Job Title: Trainer / Senior Professional – Modular Furniture & Architectural Hardware

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Trainers or Industry Professionals from the Modular Furniture, Kitchen Hardware, Aluminum Systems, and Architectural Hardware domains. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise and hands-on experience in sales and service training, with a deep understanding of how this industry operates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales and service training programs for dealer and distributor networks

• Deliver product and application training to dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers

• Explain product features, installation processes, and best practices

• Support channel partners with technical and commercial knowledge

• Develop and deliver structured training modules and presentations

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to align training objectives with business goals

• Travel as required for dealer, distributor, and site-level trainings

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in Modular Furniture / Kitchen Hardware / Aluminum Sliding Systems / Door Hardware

• Prior experience in conducting sales and service trainings

• Strong understanding of dealer–distributor ecosystem in this domain

• Exposure to working with architects and interior designers

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
