Corporate Trainer

The Product Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering product-related training programs for internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) and external stakeholders (clients, dealers, partners). The role ensures that all participants have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, features, benefits, and usage, enabling them to effectively promote and support the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Conduct onboarding training for new employees related to product knowledge.

• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to gather in-depth product insights.

• Design product manuals, training materials, FAQs, and learning guides.

• Organize workshops, webinars, and refresher training sessions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.

• Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitor products.

• Provide post-training support and resolve product-related queries.

• Assist sales teams with product knowledge to improve client engagement and conversion.
