Job Title: Computer Faculty

Job Summary:

ICA EduSkills HSR Layout, Bangalore is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Computer Faculty to deliver industry-oriented training in Accounts, Tally, Taxation, and Computer Applications. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical sessions for Tally, GST, MS Office, and related accounting software

Deliver job-oriented training as per ICA curriculum

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises

Evaluate student performance through tests and projects

Maintain batch reports, attendance, and academic records

Provide placement support guidance and interview preparation

Coordinate with Center Head for smooth academic operations

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Com / M.Com / BCA / MCA or relevant qualification

1–3 years of teaching/training experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and basic accounting concepts

Key Skills:

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Practical teaching approach

Student engagement & mentoring ability
