Job Title: Robotics Trainer
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Robotics Trainer to educate and inspire students in robotics, coding, electronics, and STEM-related activities. The trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on robotics sessions, guiding students through projects, and fostering innovation and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct robotics and coding classes for students of different age groups.
Teach concepts related to robotics, electronics, programming, sensors, and automation.
Train students using platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, Micro:bit, Scratch, Python, and other educational robotics kits.
Design and implement engaging STEM and robotics activities.
Assist students in building robotics projects and preparing for competitions, exhibitions, and science fairs.
Maintain robotics equipment, tools, and laboratory resources.
Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and project documentation.
Ensure safety procedures are followed during practical sessions.
Coordinate with school management and parents regarding student progress when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, sensors, motors, IoT, and basic electronics.
Experience in coding languages such as Scratch, Python, or C/C++.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage classrooms and engage students effectively.
Creative problem-solving and project-development skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in teaching robotics, STEM, coding, or related subjects.
Experience with robotics competitions and project mentoring.
Knowledge of 3D printing, AI, IoT, and automation technologies.
Working Conditions
Conduct classes in schools, training centers, or educational institutions.
Travel to different schools or branches as required.
Participate in workshops, exhibitions, and robotics events.
