Job Description: PRT Science Teacher

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida
Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Role Overview:

The PRT Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching science subjects to primary classes, creating engaging lesson plans, and ensuring students develop a strong foundation in scientific concepts through hands-on and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science to primary classes (I–V) as per school curriculum guidelines.

• Develop interactive, age-appropriate lesson plans and teaching materials.

• Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and science-based activities.

• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classwork.

• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

• Use creative teaching methods (charts, models, multimedia tools) to make science interesting.

• Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.

• Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.

• Participate in school events, science exhibitions, and academic meetings.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure consistency in teaching standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) is mandatory; B.Ed preferred.

• 2–4 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.

• Strong understanding of primary-level science concepts.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to engage young learners through interactive methods.

• Basic computer proficiency for teaching aids and record management.
