Computer Teacher

WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERT COMPUTER TECHNICIANS WHO DO JOBS LIKE GAMING, EDITING, PC BUILD, COMPUTER, LAPTOP, PRINTER REPAIR AND SERVICE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PC builds, laptop repairs, printer servicing, CCTV setup, and all technical tasks with accuracy.

• Diagnose issues quickly and provide the right repair solution without repeat complaints.

• Complete assigned technical jobs within the promised time.

• Maintain all customer service records in Challan, Excel, or service software.

• Update job sheets, spare parts used, charges, status, and follow-up details.

• Resolve customer issues politely, professionally, and efficiently.

• Take proactive steps to convert complaints into positive experiences.

• Collect customer feedback after service completion.

• Provide quick technical support for walk-in customers.

• Assist the sales team with technical clarifications.

• Coordinate with the store manager for timely service delivery.

• Recommend relevant products or services such as

  • Antivirus, SSD upgrade, RAM upgrade

  • Accessories: Keyboard, mouse, UPS, cables

  • AMC, genuine software, etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
