Role Description-Swimming Coach

This is a full-time on-site role for a Swim Coach -Thane. A Swim Coach at Michael Phelps Swimming will provide swim instruction, develop lesson plans, and monitor the progress of students. Daily tasks include teaching swimming techniques, ensuring water safety, and providing feedback to students and parents. The Swim Coach will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and encouraging learning environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Skills in Swim Instruction, Swimming, and Swim Lessons

• Experience in Lifeguarding and Aquatics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is a plus

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
