Job Title: Swimming Pool Instructor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Swimming Pool Instructor to teach individuals or groups how to swim, improve their techniques, and ensure water safety. The ideal candidate should be patient, energetic, and committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons for beginners to advanced learners

• Teach water safety rules and swimming techniques

• Develop customized lesson plans based on skill levels

• Monitor students during sessions to ensure safety

• Provide feedback to help improve performance

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area

• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first aid if needed

Requirements:

• Certification in swimming instruction or lifeguarding

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of techniques

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with children and adults

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as a swimming instructor (preferred)

Work Environment:

• Indoor or outdoor swimming pools

• Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
