Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Chemistry Tutor to help students understand chemistry concepts, improve their academic performance, and develop strong problem-solving skills. The tutor will provide personalized instruction based on each student's learning needs and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
Teach chemistry concepts clearly and effectively to students.
Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions.
Explain topics such as atomic structure, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, thermochemistry, organic chemistry, and chemical equilibrium.
Help students with homework, assignments, laboratory concepts, and exam preparation.
Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials.
Identify students' strengths and areas requiring improvement.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
Stay familiar with relevant school/college curricula and examination patterns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Education, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of chemistry fundamentals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage.
