Chemistry Teacher

We are looking for a Training Associate to our Client Asian Paints.

Location: Mysore

Must ready to travel Across Mysore and other near by districts.

Qualification: B.sc Chemistry.

The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping Asian paints stores undersanding about color combinations

Training

Training the new/experienced painters from AP panel contractors / CR

Dealers’ (Critical Retailers) contractors in sites as well as colour

academy

Make training plans with Technologist /Unit Head /Head office and

share monthly updates

Responsible for fulfilling training needs for that location or nearby

units (depending on exigencies)

Material Management

Responsible for all consumables/panels & stock of the training material

& keep in custody and arrange as when need arises

Data Management

Keep the data base of trained painters’ contractor wise & dealer wise

with remarks for learnings.

Site Visits

Do frequent site visits to ascertain the learnings imbibed by the painters

on-site he has trained.

Assess Theme Sites and suggest rework apart from handholding

painters initially on sites whenever new

design launched.

Conduct site visits for checking basic hygiene of site for delivery when

not engaged for training

.

Visit complaint sites for checking if there is any technical error

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
