🧑‍🏫 Job Role Summary

We are hiring Math & Science Teachers for our studio in Sonarpur, Kolkata.
You will be responsible for teaching Railway aspirants (RRB NTPC, Group-D, ALP, JE), preparing content, recording classes, and guiding students with a results-driven approach.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Delivery

• Teach Mathematics or General Science based on Railway syllabus

• Take classes live from the company’s studio (camera teaching)

• Prepare chapter-wise notes, MCQs, tests, and short tricks

• Record high-quality lessons for online students

• Solve previous year questions (PYQs) during classes

Student Support

• Clear doubts in class and after class via support

• Track student progress and suggest improvements

• Motivate students preparing for competitive exams

Content Development

• Prepare structured PDF notes, PPTs, and practice sets

• Create topic-wise tests and full-length mock tests

• Provide inputs to improve teaching quality and curriculum

📘 Required Skills

Subject Skills

• Strong command over Maths (Arithmetic & Advanced Maths) or

• Strong command over General Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

• Understanding of Railway exam pattern (RRB NTPC, Group-D, ALP & JE)

Teaching Skills

• Clear and confident communication

• Ability to simplify concepts for beginners

• Content creation & test-making skills

• Experience with competitive exam students preferred

Digital & Studio Skills

• Comfortable teaching in front of the camera

• Basic PC knowledge (PPT, PDF tools)

• Ability to record & review video sessions

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in Science/Engineering/Mathematics (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Ed preferred)

• Minimum 1 year teaching experience (competitive exam coaching preferred)

• Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply

• Strong command over subject + teaching confidence

💼 Work Details

• Work Location: MySkillsTest Studio, Sonarpur, Kolkata

• Work Type: Full-time / Part-time (as per batch schedule)

• Working Hours: Flexible, studio-based teaching

💰 Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  (Based on experience, performance & subject expertise)
