An Assistant Teacher supports the lead teacher in delivering educational programs, managing classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for students. They help with lesson preparation, student supervision, and classroom organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons
Support students with learning activities, assignments, and projects
Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and field trips
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources
Provide individual or small group support to students who need extra help
Monitor student behavior and encourage positive discipline
Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records
Communicate with teachers and staff regarding student progress
