Assistant Teacher – Preschool (Urgent Hiring)

📍 Location: Palla–Tilpat
⏰ Timing: 8:15 AM – 2:45 PM
💰 Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a caring, patient, and energetic Assistant Teacher to support our preschool classrooms. The role focuses on child care, engagement, and creating a joyful learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead teacher in daily classroom activities
Take care of children’s basic needs, safety, and hygiene
Help in conducting fun learning activities, rhymes, and play-based learning
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive classroom environment
Support children during meals, washroom routines, and transitions
Encourage good habits, discipline, and basic sanskar values
Be actively involved in playing, storytelling, and engaging with kids

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong love and affection for children ❤️
High level of patience and calm behavior
Willingness to sit, play, and interact with children actively
Basic communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)
Responsible, caring, and attentive nature

Eligibility

Minimum: 12th Pass
Experience in preschool/childcare is preferred (Freshers with right attitude can apply)
