Position Overview:

Adithya College of Arts and Science invites applications from qualified, motivated, and research-oriented candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in Mathematics. Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Mathematics (Mandatory)

• NET or SET qualification preferred

• Teaching experience ranging from Fresher to 7 years

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

• Knowledge of NAAC processes and OBE framework

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments as per curriculum

• Prepare lesson plans, course files, and maintain academic documentation

• Support NAAC/IQAC activities, AQAR data collection, and departmental audits

• Guide and mentor students; maintain mentoring records

• Participate in research, publications, seminars, and faculty development

• Contribute to departmental activities, exams, committees, and institutional development

• Maintain professional ethics and comply with UGC/college norms
