Position Overview:

Adithya College of Arts and Science invites applications from qualified, motivated, and research-oriented candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in Mathematics. The candidate must be committed to maintaining high academic standards, supporting outcome-based education (OBE), and contributing to NAAC quality benchmarks within the institution.

Required Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Mathematics (Mandatory)
NET or SET qualification preferred
Teaching experience ranging from Fresher to 7 years
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Knowledge of NAAC processes and OBE framework

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments as per curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, course files, and maintain academic documentation
Support NAAC/IQAC activities, AQAR data collection, and departmental audits
Guide and mentor students; maintain mentoring records
Participate in research, publications, seminars, and faculty development
Contribute to departmental activities, exams, committees, and institutional development
Maintain professional ethics and comply with UGC/college norms
