Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching fine arts subjects, guiding students in practical and theoretical aspects of art, and contributing to the creative and academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach subjects related to Fine Arts (Drawing, Painting, Composition, Art History, etc.)

• Conduct practical studio sessions and live demonstrations

• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

• Organize exhibitions, workshops, and art-related events

• Mentor students for competitions and professional opportunities

• Maintain discipline and a creative learning environment

• Participate in academic meetings and curriculum development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BFA) and/or Master’s Degree (MFA) in Fine Arts from a recognized university

• Strong skills in sketching and drawing with excellent command over Oil Colour and Acrylic Colour techniques

• Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic excellence

• Minimum 0–3 years of teaching experience (preferred)

• Good communication and classroom management skills

• Knowledge of traditional and contemporary art techniques

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)

• Video Editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software)

• Good computer knowledge and digital literacy

• Ability to inspire and motivate students

• Creative and innovative teaching approach
