Urgently Hiring: Aptitude & Reasoning Mentor – Bank Exam Coaching

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a passionate Aptitude & Reasoning Mentor to train students for Banking Exams such as IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, SBI Clerk, and RBI Assistant.
The mentor will handle Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning sessions using shortcut methods and exam-oriented approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classes on Aptitude & Reasoning topics.

• Teach with shortcuts, tricks, and time-saving strategies.

• Organize mock tests, practice sessions, and monitor student progress.

• Update materials based on the latest bank exam patterns.

• Motivate and guide students to achieve success.

Skills Required:

• Strong command over Arithmetic, DI, and Logical Reasoning.

• Good communication and teaching skills.

• Ability to simplify complex questions.

• Knowledge of IBPS/SBI exam patterns.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Maths/Engineering background preferred).

• Experience in Bank Exam Coaching is an advantage.

• Candidates who have cleared Bank Prelims or Mains will be given preference.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience and performance)
