Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Admission Counsellor who can counsel prospective students and parents, explain courses and admission procedures, handle leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility and career opportunities.

• Explain course structure, fees, admission process, scholarships and other relevant information.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in students.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Convert leads/enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve admission targets.

• Assist students in filling application forms and completing required documentation.

• Maintain accurate student records and update leads in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrollment.

• Address student/parent queries professionally and resolve admission-related concerns.

• Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, education fairs and promotional activities when required.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education counselling, tele-calling, sales or a similar role.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.

• Counselling-to-admission conversion rate.

• Monthly admission/enrollment targets.

• Student satisfaction and query resolution.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
