Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee operations at our weaving or knitting factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the weaving or knitting factory.

• Ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

• Supervise and motivate a team of employees.

• Monitor production schedules and meet deadlines.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate maintenance activities.

• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

• Prepare reports on production performance and key metrics.

• Implement cost-saving measures and improve overall efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of weaving or knitting processes.

Compensation

• Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000 INR per month
