Key Responsibilities:

·         Warehouse Operations: Managing daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping apparel and related items.

·         Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate inventory control, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.

·         Staff Management: Supervising and motivating warehouse staff, delegating tasks, and providing training on procedures and safety protocols.

·         Logistics & Distribution: Coordinating the flow of goods from the warehouse to retail stores and customers, managing transportation, and ensuring timely delivery.

·         Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.

·         Space Management: Optimizing warehouse space utilization and implementing efficient storage solutions.

·         Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other machinery.

·         Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.

·         Communication: Maintaining clear communication with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

·         Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and materials handling.

·         Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to motivate and supervise a team.

·         Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
