Receive, inspect, and record incoming EV chargers, electrical components, and accessories
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / warehouse management systems
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams
Prepare materials for dispatch as per delivery schedules
Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors for shipments
Ensure correct packing to avoid transit damage
Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports
