Key Responsibilities

Transport MIS & Data Management

Prepare and maintain all transport-related MIS dashboards and databases. Consolidate information on vehicle allocation, vendor usage, freight rates, and dispatch summaries. Ensure daily and weekly reporting accuracy for management review. The only defined daily report is updated the next morning.

System & Process Administration

Operate and manage automated transport purchase systems for order processing. Support onboarding of new transporters and maintain their digital records with verified details. Monitor system entries and coordinate corrective actions in case of mismatched or missing data.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate analytical reports on cost trends, vendor performance, and transporter allocation. Track and present KPIs such as turnaround time, vehicle utilization, and freight variance. Highlight exceptions and deviations to the Manager for decision-making.

Coordination & Communication

Act as a liaison between the transport, operations, and technology teams. Support data-driven decision-making through timely information sharing. Facilitate weekly review meetings by providing accurate and updated reports. This includes email understanding, writing, and communication writing when dealing with ATRMs, TRMs, and other departments.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain complete electronic documentation for transport transactions and approvals. Ensure audit readiness through structured record-keeping. Verify compliance with internal data and reporting protocols.

Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in reporting, automation, or system workflows. Propose enhancements for data tracking and MIS efficiency. Collaborate with IT/Tech teams to implement approved improvements.
